All schools of Islamic law agree that the rules of Islamic law applies to all Muslims, men and women, who have reached the age limit established by law, and only tothem, nothing more. In principle, all Muslims are equal before the law if they werekings or beggars, female, malelack or white, rich or poor. Al-Quran specially hardened in a few verses that its rulings addressed to both parties, men, womenwhere both sexes are called by clear and specific manner, as seen in one verse,

"Undoubtedly, Muslims men and women, and the be lieving men and women, and obedient men and women and truthful men and women and enduring men and women and humble men and women, and almsgiving men and women and fasting men and women, and men and women who guard their chastity and men and women who remember Allah much, for all of them Allah has kept prepared forgiveness and great reward. "(Surah Al-Ahzab[33]:35)

In a society governed by Shari'at law and the Muslims are majority in that society, the minorities are not subject to liability follow Islamic law except in matters relating to the interests of shared or public tranquility. In the view of Islamic law itself, the people Jews, Christians, and "the people of the Book" other means of Hindus in India and in Persian Zoroaster's people, each of them has its own Shari'at.
Although there were a number of social friction (social friction), in general there sense of tolerance among various communities kelompojk obviously much larger than we witnessed in Yugoslavia since the breaking up of that State, which followed by any action of ethnic cleansing (ethnic cleansing) and genocide horrible.
